Rate for Packing, Spot & Dunnage Pack

Spot trips provide saddle horses and pack animals for your party and supplies. Also those groups where some hike and others ride fall in this category. 7:00 A.M. arrival at pack station. Each packer will handle a maximum of 5 head of stock.

Note: One mule carries 150 lbs. dunnage. An additional mule is required for excess up to 150 lbs.

Note: Bear boxes are supplied at a cost of $5 / day. Box size is 16" X 16" X 24".

Note: Wilderness permit is $5 / person.

Waugh Lake - Clark Lakes - Weber Lake
Saddle and Pack Stock: $120 / day.
Packer with Horse: $230 / day.

Alger Lakes - Davis Lakes - Marie Lakes - PCT
Saddle and Pack Stock: $200 / day.
Packer with Horse: $275 / day.

Ansel Adams Wilderness Overnight
Join us in this wilderness base camp setting. This trip is designed for the first time horse and mountain traveler. Learn wilderness etiquette and horsemanship. Ample time for fishing, photography and time to read a book.

Meet at the pack station in June Lake at 7:00 am.



Cost: $300 per person + 2% USFS fee
Deposit: $200 Per Person
