Reservation Policy & Refund Policy


• Complete reservation form and send a $200 non-refundable deposit to hold reservation.

• Full payment is due thirty (30) days prior to the starting date.  It is non-refundable.
• Registration forms and Safety Hat forms should be completed and submitted with payment.


• Deposits apply only to that season's trips.

• Refund of payments except deposit will be returned if request is made 30 days or more prior to the trip

• Itineraries subject to unforeseen trail or weather conditions or at packer's discretion.

• Riders over 240 lbs or who are heavy for their height need to be approved by the pack station.

• Minimum age is 6 years old.

• All rates are subject to a 2% U.S. Forest Service fee plus a $5.00 Forest Service reservation Fee.
