Directions to Frontier Pack Train:

Located near Silver Lake on the June Lake Loop (Hwy 158), 7.5 miles from US Hwy 395.
We are 7 miles south of Lee Vining, 25 miles north of Mammoth Lakes, and 60 miles north of Bishop.

Rush Meadows - 9,200 ft - 
Stream camp in the trees, good firewood, food fishing for brook trout; 3 1/2 hours one-way.



Clark Lakes - 9,800 ft - 
At timberline; excellent fishing for brook trout. 4 hours one-way.



Marie Lakes - 10,500 ft - 
Above timberline; excellent fishing for brook trout. 5 1/2 hours one-way. No fires.



Davis Lakes - 9,800 ft - 
At timberline; excellent fishing for brook trout; 5 hours one-way.



Weber Lake - 9,800 ft - 

Above timberline, excellent fishing for brook trout; 4 1/2 hours one-way.



Alger Lakes - 10,300 ft - 

Above timberline, good fishing for golden trout. 5 hours one-way. No fires.



Gem Lake - 9,000 ft - 
In the trees, good firewood; fishing for rainbow and brook trout. 2 1/2 hours one-way.



Crest Creek - 9,000 ft - 

In the trees, good firewood; fishing for rainbow and brook trout. 3 hours one-way.
